in projects with positive social impact.

Why LAH?

Today, more than ever, we’re facing the short and long term effects of lockdowns and business interruptions caused by COVID-19. A mass number of charities, non-profit organisations and brands have insufficient funds and resources to carry out the good work that largely benefits our community. 

This got us thinking…

As part of who we are within a larger community, we wanted to support organisations and their initiatives that help make the world better, especially in this challenging pandemic reality. With this in mind, we created the Lend-A-Hand (LAH) programme.

Lend-A-Hand is a pro-bono communications design programme dedicated to helping out organisations engaged in projects with positive social impact, but are facing limited financial resources and are impacted by the COVID-19 climate. Initiated by COMMUNICATE, we seek to use our creative knowledge, support and expertise to collaborate and develop strategic solutions for the current market needs.

We are committed to doing our part and help make an impact in the community. With Lend-A-Hand, we hope to be able to reach out and connect with new people and inspire new ideas.

Once we’ve confirmed on the strategy and roll-out plan, it’s time to proceed with executing the ideas!

While we aim to support your cause and wish we could give away more of our time, this is not something we can afford to do right now. For larger profit-oriented enterprises or MNCs whom we may not be able to help with pro-bono work, we can offer a “preferential rate”, which essentially means we work at cost and would volunteer as part of your charitable or cause-related programme.

Through MaGIC, we engaged 25 social enterprises in our Brand-In-A-Box Workshop. The goal was to assist in defining their identity and unique propositions, as well as developing strategic recommendations to engage
and reach their audiences.

Fighting fear with facts

We also launched a COVID-19 PSA series called #DisruptFearWithFacts to provide factual news updates and practical, humorous guides to help the public navigate through the pandemic.
